Dianne Sackrider began attending LightHouse Church in May, 1997. Her passion for women's ministry led her to become the ministry coordinator for "Kingdom Women," a position she held for 10 years. In April, 2001, Dianne became the church bookkeeper. Recognized for strong accounting expertise, management skills, and the abilty to effectively manage revenues and expenses according to budget, she was promoted to the position of Business Operations Manager in September, 2005
She continues to inspire others to develop and use their talents for God. This has resulted in a team of specialists that has come together to form a solid administrative team equipped to meet the ever-changing and evolving needs of the church office and ministries.
Dianne and her husband, Dale (Sackrider the Tax Writer), own their own income tax and accounting business. They have been blessed with five children and five grandchildren, and currently one more on the way in January 2008!
Fred Sanchez has been attending LightHouse Church since June of 1984. He has been involved in various ministries such as Sunday School, Youth, Royal Rangers, Board Member, Bus Ministry, Building/Construction, and outreach teams. Fred coordinates special projects and is responsible for the upkeep of the grounds and facilities. Fred also oversees the Servant Leader Ministry which encompasses the parking team, bookstore, LightHouse Latte (coffee bar), greeters, ushers, information booth and the health care ministry.Prior to his position with LightHouse Fred gained a vast amount of knowledge while working in city government for over 18 years as park maintenance supervisor and various management positions. As well, Fred was co-owner of a landscaping business. His experience in organizing and coordinating work projects will benefit LightHouse with future construction projects.
Fred has been married to his beautiful wife, Cathy, since December 1984. They have two children, Isaiah and Ezra, who are both actively involved in the LightHouse City Church ministry. Fred's family is his pride and joy.
