The Administrative Team works closely with the pastors in fulfilling the vision of LightHouse Church. The team is comprised of both full-time and part-time staff members who, with a spirit of excellence, work together in caring for the administrative needs of the church. Even after working hard all week in the office they also serve during church services in areas of worship, leadership, and teaching.
The Ministry Assistants are more than "interns" and work directly with the pastoral team to accomplish weekly ministry tasks in preparation for the weekly services. Additionally, they serve in ministry in areas of worship, sound, preaching, teaching, and administration.
