Pastors Jason and Natalie Bachman are the Connections Pastors, serving as leaders of the ConnectionPower ministry and Synergy, which is LightHouse's small group ministry. They have been part of the Lighthouse family since the fall of 2005, volunteering in various ministries, including young adults, praise band, choir, and small group leadership.Both Jason and Natalie have prior experience in full time ministry as well as the marketplace. Their desire is to see people connected with their God-given purpose, serving both within the church and in their everyday lives in the marketplace and community.
Pastor Jason is credentialed with the Assemblies of God.
Paul Bell is Music Director at LightHouse Church. He provides direction, leadership and oversight of instrumental ministries and serves as a support for the Worship Pastor. Paul has an extensive background in music and is an accomplished guitarist. He has served in the past as music and worship pastor in his home town of Detroit, Michigan. In addition to his experience in church music, he has an established music production business.
Paul and his wife Carol have three beautiful daughters and live in Surprise, AZ.
Bill and Shirley Jakeway are the Kidz Life Ministries pastors at LightHouse Church. They began at LightHouse Church as volunteers in 1979 working with the children. They assisted with children's services as well as events and taught some of the Sunday school classes. They were then given the opportunity for full time ministry as children's pastors in 2000 and have served since. They are passionate about children, parents, and building families.
They have two adult children: Scott, a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God and on staff at LightHouse as a Ministry Assistant, and Jacqueline, who is currently a student with Global University to obtain her ministerial license with the Assemblies of God.
Sean and Alicia Calahan are the Student Life Ministries pastors at LightHouse. They began as volunteers over 10 years ago working with the youth ministry. They served as teachers of high school/junior high Sunday School classes, and assisted in the youth services on a regular basis. Prior to coming to LightHouse they entered full-time ministry as youth pastors at Tolleson Assembly of God for two and a half years. God then moved them to Grace Assembly of God in Parker, Arizona, where they served as youth pastors for four years of learning, growing and developing amazing relationships with students.
God once again began to transition them when the door opened at LightHouse in early 2005. They are passionate about loving students and seeing their lives changed through a growing relationship with God.
Pastor Sean is credentialed with the Assemblies of God. He and his wife have three beautiful children, a daughter (Megan Keely), and twin boys (Logan Ryan and Colin Paul).
After having lived a "street life" of drugs, alcohol, and crime from the age of 11 Pastor Don is a living testimony of God's "amazing grace." As part of the restorative process God allowed him to complete a recovery program through Teen Challenge. Pastor Don has been in full time ministry since his deliverance and is a licensed Assemblies of God minister. He has pastored two churches, served as a home missionary, and was a key leader within the Teen Challenge program (both in California and Arizona).
In addition to serving as outreach pastor, he and his wife, Ruth, serve as campus pastors of LightHouse City Church, a church plant in Phoenix. They have three children, Alex, Sarah, and Grace.
